Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to satate :-
(a) whether Government is of the view that the perpetrators of Mumbai blasts are hiding in Pakistan;
(b) if so, whether Ministry is holding talks with Pakistan on any initiatives of bringing those perpetrators back;
(c) whether the Ministry has handed over any list of the terrorists hiding in Pakistan; and
(d) if so, the stand of Government of Pakistan thereon?

(a) & (b) Yes.
As on date, Government has given a total of 15 dossiers to the Government of Pakistan as evidence in connection with the Mumbai Attack. A Judicial Commission from Pakistan also visited India on 14-21 March 2012 and recorded the statements/evidences of four Indian witnesses in connection with the trial of 7 accused/perpetrators of the said terror attack, who were arrested and are under trial in Pakistan.
(c) & (d) During the last round of Home/Interior Secretary Level Talks between India and Pakistan held on 24-25 May 2012 at Islamabad, the Indian side handed over a list of fugitives from justice suspected to be hiding in Pakistan. Pakistan assured that they will respond to the dossier. Pakistan authorities also reiterated their commitment to bring all the perpetrators of the Mumbai Terror Attacks to justice expeditiously in accordance with due process of law.
