(a) Yes.

(b) At the margins of the 9th ASEM Summit, External Affairs Minister met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Lao PDR, Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Foreign Minister of Hungary, Mr. Janos Martonyi, Foreign Minister of Sweden, Mr. Carl Bildt, Foreign Minister of Norway, Mr. Espen Barth Eide, Foreign Minister of Germany, Mr. Guido Westerwelle, Foreign Minister of Bangladesh, Dr. Dipu Moni, and Foreign Minister of Switzerland, Mr. Didier Burkhalter. External Affairs Minister discussed bilateral issues of mutual interest, as well as issues related to regional and multilateral cooperation. The discussions were aimed at taking forward our cooperation and strengthening our bilateral relations.
