Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:-

(a) whether a prisoner of 1971 Indo-Pak war is languishing in a prison in Oman;

(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(c) the steps being taken by the Government to secure the release of the said prisoner?
