Uttam Sinha Speaks on Water Issues at India-China Bilateral in Singapore

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha, spoke on water issues at a bilateral between scholars from India and China at the Lee Kuan Yew Public Policy School, Singapore, on April 26, 2013. The interaction was part of the conference on ‘India-China: Towards Cooperation between the Two Giants’ at the Lee Kuan Yew Public Policy School. The participants from India included Mr Prem Shankar Jha, Mr Sanjay Baru and Mr Ajit Ranade.
