Uttam Sinha Speaks on Basin Management and Water Sharing at 2nd Pune Dialogue on National Security

Research Fellow, IDSA, Dr Uttam Sinha spoke on ‘Basin Management and Water Sharing’ at the 2nd Pune Dialogue on ‘National Security’ at Pune on September 8, 2016.

The second edition of the Dialogue saw participants from the strategic community, the military, academia and journalism. Participants included Deputy National Security Advisor, former Chiefs of the Armed Forces, Army Commanders and Senior Civil Servants.
