US National War College Delegation Visits IDSA

A 12 member US National War College delegation, led by Ms Anne Aarnes, Career Minister in the Senior Foreign Service in USAID, visited IDSA on May 8, 2012. The Indian delegation was led by Deputy Director General, IDSA, Brig. Rumel Dahiya. Among other topics discussed, Associate Fellow IDSA, Mr Vishal Chandra, spoke on the situation in Afghanistan.
