Regional Director of Delhi-based institute, ICRC, Brig Gen (Retd) L. Gillett, along with Brig (Retd) Devinder Singh, VSM (of Kargil fame and a former researcher of IDSA) and Lt Gen (Retd) YM Bammi met Director General IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta on June 19, 2012. They discussed on mutual cooperation to expand knowledge about the activities and policies of ICRC, among the researchers and members of IDSA.
