Associate Fellow, IDSA, Dr Prashant Kumar Singh presented a paper on India-Taiwan relations, titled ‘India-Taiwan Relations in the Global Arena’ at the 59th American Association for Chinese Studies (AACS) Conference titled China and Taiwan in a Changing World, held at University of South Carolina (USC), Columbia, South Carolina, USA, on October 20-22 , 2017.
