Norwegian Ambassador, H.E. (Ms) Ann Olstad met Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta in his office on March 13, 2012. The two discussed regional cooperation between IDSA and Norwegian research institutes. Research Fellow, Dr Uttam Sinha was also present at the meeting.
