Japanese Delegation Discusses India’s foresight of C4ISR, Cyber Security, intelligence and India-Japan Cooperation

A Japanese delegation, led by Director of Intelligence Division GSO, JGSDF, Col. Hiroyuki Kawaguchi discussed India’s foresight of C4ISR, Cyber security, intelligence and India-Japan cooperation in these areas with the IDSA scholars, on August 26, 2019.
