Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda spoke on ‘AUKUS, Quad and Strategic Choices for ASEAN’ at the ASEAN Youth Advocates Network (AYAN) in Malaysia, on December 18, 2021. Dr. Alessio Patalono from King’s College, London, was a co-panelist. The event was chaired by Mr. Danny Teh Zi Yee, Director of External Affairs at the ASEAN Youth Advocates Network.
