Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda spoke on ‘AUKUS, Geo-Political Risks and India’s Minilateral Calculus’ at the International Conference titled ‘Global Technology Competition and Korea’s Middle Power Strategy’ on November 16, 2021. The conference was co-organised by the Korea Policy Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (KPC4IR) of the KAIST and Korea Academic Council on the United Nations System (KACUNS) in South Korea.
