Research Fellow, IDSA, Col DPK Pillay (Retd) attended a Stakeholders Technical Consultation under the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) implemented project on ‘Strengthening Gender Mainstreaming in the Criminal Justice Responses to Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism in South and South East Asia’ on December 05, 2018.

The Consultation was held in association with the Global Counter Terrorism Council (GCTC).
