Director General, IDSA, Dr Arvind Gupta attended a seminar on ‘Af-Pak: Present and Future’ organised by the Centre for Air Power Studies at the India International Centre (IIC) on September 7, 2012. Dr Gupta chaired a session on the ‘State of Afghanistan and looking into the Future’.
