Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA Capt (IN) Anurag Bisen participated in the 2nd International Conference of the International Centre for Indo-Pacific Studies (ICIPS) on ‘Geo-strategic, Geo-economic and Geo-political Developments in Indo-Pacific Region’ at Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, on 17-18 October 2023.

Capt Bisen made a presentation on Regional Co-operation to Combat IUU Fishing in the Indian Ocean Region.
