Anurag Bisen Delivers Online Talk on ‘Arctic – Perspective from India’ at Model Arctic Council Seminar

Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Captain (IN) Anurag Bisen delivered an online talk on ‘Arctic – Perspective from India’ at the Model Arctic Council Seminar, organised by the MV Lomonosov Northern (Arctic) Federal University, Arkhangelsk, Russia, with support from Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of the Russian Far East and Arctic Development, and ROSCONGRESS, on 15 November 2022.

Captain Bisen spoke about new India’s Arctic Policy and discussed about India’s concerns and stakes in the region.
