Conveniently located off the Outer Ring Road in South Delhi and very near to the International Airport, IDSA facilities serve the needs of public organizations. Organization’s that have utilized MP-IDSA’s facilities include Ministry of Defense, Confederation of Indian Industries, Armed Forces, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Foreign Embassies, etc.

Charges: Rs. 25,000/- full day and Rs. 15,000 half day.
Seminar Hall (2 in number)
Seating capacity: 65-70 persons.
Charges: Rs. 21000/- full day and Rs. 12,500 half day.
Committee Room
Charges: Rs. 17500/- full day and Rs. 10,600 half day.
Executive Dinning
Charges: Rs. 12000/- full day and Rs. 6,900 half day.
Courtyard
Size: 800 Square Meters.

Business Centre
Charges: Rs. 8000/- full day and Rs. 5,000 half day.
Banquet Hall
Charges: Rs. 6000/- full day and Rs. 4,000 half day.

Recording, audio and display facility is also available in auditorium and seminar hall.
Security Deposit
An amount of Rs. 10,000 may be deposited by Demand Draft in favour of “IDSA, New Delhi” as a refundable security deposit.
Forfeiture of Booking Amount
- 14 days or more – NIL.
- Less than 14 days but more than 7 days – 25%.
- 7 days or less but more than 48 hours – 50%.
- 48 hours or less – 100%.

- Small gathering of professional clubs.
- Art exhibition and related functions.
Function which will not be allowed.
- Marriage functions.
- Commercial functions.
- Functions which may cause noise.
- Functions which are not permitted by IDSA.
