Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr Prashant Kumar Singh presented a paper on ‘India’s Strategy in Asia and Beyond’ at the seminar ‘South Asia in Regional and Global Politics: Issues of Hard and Soft Security” during the 2nd Congress on International Studies (CIS), on 25 April 2024. The CIS was organised by St Petersburg State University, St Petersburg, Russia. Dr Singh participated in the 2nd CIS online.
