Uttam Sinha, Ashok Behuria Discuss Sunderbans with World Bank at ORF

IDSA scholars, Dr Uttam Sinha and Dr Ashok Behuria discussed Sunderbans with the World Bank at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) on March 8, 2017.  The discussion was a part of the Bangladesh-India Sunderban Region Cooperation Initiative, a World Bank Funded Project, with IDSA as the knowledge partner of ORF. Dr Uttam Sinha, Dr Ashok Behuria and Dr Smruti Pattanaik from IDSA are members of the project.
